Our Real Estate Team is a hosting a 6-week training session entitled “Building Blocks for Real Estate Development” dedicated to exploring the fundamentals of real estate development.
The Building Blocks for Real Estate Development TA program provides a practical and comprehensive overview of fundamental principles and strategies for entering the real estate development field. It’s designed for both beginners looking to turn their interest in real estate into tangible projects and aspiring developers seeking successful ventures. The course covers property acquisition, feasibility analysis, financing, design, construction, and project management. It incorporates expert insights, case studies, and hands-on exercises to give participants a well-rounded understanding of the development process, zoning regulations, market trends, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Upon completing the course, students will have the confidence and knowledge to embark on their real estate development journeys with a solid foundation and a strategic approach.
