I am thrilled to have been a part of Baltimore Community Lending's first real estate development cohort. The real estate development class gave us valuable information regarding real estate and finance. Thank you for having this program. I was able to learn the other side of renovating these properties from different perspectives. What an exciting time for Baltimore! I would like to also point out some of the things that make your team so special. They are kind, enthusiastic, caring, attentive, patient, energizing and have a plethora of information.
Combined with everyone's experience is just amazing.
Thank you again for this wonderful opportunity.

Real Estate Cohort 1 Graduate
From the very beginning, Dierdra Pressley, Ned Field, and Roy Miller at BCL were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They took the time to understand my project and my specific financial needs and worked closely with me to develop a financing solution that was tailored to my unique situation. [They] genuinely cared about my success and were so invested in helping me achieve my goals. I felt like they were a true partner in all my projects, and I couldn't be more grateful for their assistance.
